She was even runner-up in several contests including Miss Nude USA Second Runner Up and Winner Gold G Strings Silver Medal Overall. I caught up with Donna Doll after one of her performances in Houston, Texas. It was her return visit to the "Lone Star State." Ms. Misha Morê: Please tell our readers a little bit about yourself and where you're originally from.  Donna: I am from Sao Paulo Brazil. My parents are Italians so I was raised more Italian than Brazilian. I came to this country six years ago looking for a better way of making money and living well. My country is poor in many ways and day to day life is a little tougher there than here.Ms. Misha Morê: What did you do before you entered the adult business? Donna: I went to school. I wanted to be a lawyer and I was working in a small law firm learning the trade while I studied. Ms. Misha Morê: How did you get into the porn business? Donna: I was dancing in Miami for 2 years before I became a Feature Entertainer then an Adult Film Actress. I had been on the road featuring for about a year doing it full time when I started to realize that the girls who did porn got more bookings per year and were paid a lot more money. So I decided to go out to LA and pursue a career in porn too. Plus I really like sex a lot so the idea of having sex and getting paid for it sounded really good to me!  Ms. Misha Morê: Can you give us the names of a few of the porn movies you've been in? Donna: 'Cheating Housewives #3,' 'Cum Catchers #2,' 'Dirty Kinky Women 51,' 'Throat Sluts' and 'Anal Lust 2.' Ms. Misha Morê: What type of music do you like performing to the best? Donna: I like 80's and 90's Heavy Metal. Hair Bands. I'm kind of a rocker chic! So most of my shows use hard rock in your face music. Always climaxing with a hair band ballad to show my softer side. With the exception of a few cutsie shows I have where that style of music is not appropriate I would say the majority of my shows are hard rockin. Ms. Misha Morê: When you are home, what do you like doing?  Donna: Well I am very rarely home these days. As a Feature I stay booked about 40 weeks a year so I spend some of my off time shooting in LA and the rest of my off time just relaxing at home by my pool in Miami. My work is my life so my off time is very precious to me.Ms. Misha Morê: Is there anything in the works for you right now? Donna: I'll be shooting a couple bigger brand name films in June this year with some friends of mine that are top name stars but at the risk of jinxing myself I'm not gonna talk about those projects until they are finshed. I book with Joel at Goldstar Modeling and they do a terrific job keeping me busy while I'm in LA. I also book exclusively with Pure Talent Agency for all my Feature dance bookings. Ms. Misha Morê: Are you doing specialty things in your films? Donna: Not really. I'm not into a lot of the crazy things you see out there in today's world of Gonzo films. I'm a deep throat expert and I love anal but my real specialty is making good hard sex scenes that my fans will enjoy.  Ms. Misha Morê: What is your favorite show and tell us why it is your favorite?Donna: I don't think I really have a favorite? I travel with 16 different shows and costumes. Every one of them are funfilled events. When the club is permitting I set up my own lighting, blow off pyrotechnics, take showers on stage, take baths on stage, and use many different kinds of effects to wow your eyes and enhance the Donna Doll show experience. Ms. Misha Morê: Do you have a favorite duo show act? Donna: I really don't have a favorite Duo Act? In today's feature circuit they are very rare but I really felt like Duces Wild were at the top of their game when they retired so I guess I would go with them. They really contributed a lot to the business and deserve the legend status from all the entertainers out there who perform as Feature Entertainers full time. Ms. Misha Morê: What motivates you to do porn?  Donna: I like to offer a little bit of everything to all my fans and bring a little piece of me home.Ms. Misha Morê: What's the wildest thing you've ever done away from making porn movies? Donna: I had sex while driving a Mustang Convertible on the spur of the moment. Ms. Misha Morê: What do you ultimately want to do in porn? Donna: I want to be remembered as the best feature entertainer and porn actress in the adult entertainment business. Ms. Misha Morê: What would suprise people about you? Donna: That I'm a really normal person just like them.
