Ms. Misha Morê: Tell us a little about yourself and where you're originally from.

Daisy: I grew up in a very close and fun-loving family! I have the most wonderful childhood memories. I went to college, got a business degree… and was even happily married for 2 years. I was managing a CPA firm full-time and had a few fun model profiles online. A Florida based adult company found my profile and offered me an all expense paid trip to Ft. Lauderdale and a very shiny paycheck for one scene. After discussing the offer with my husband… I decided to try it. It was an interesting trip with lots of new adventures, but here I am… years, and years later!

Ms. Misha Morê: Did you take any special classes or train anything special as a young student?

Daisy: I have had no formal dance training or "porn" training. Of course my Mom had the "birds and bees" chat with me… but I feel the class I took that I use the most, was marketing class in college… although the only time I danced was when I passed the class!

Ms. Misha Morê: What was your original career path before you entered the adult business?

Daisy: I had graduated from college early with my associate's degree in business management to take a job managing and operating a classified newspaper in South Georgia. I worked for the Tallahassee, Florida office through high school into college and they offered me the management position while I was in college. I didn't see myself doing sales the rest of my life as I don't like to have convince somebody that they need something… i.e. advertising. But I enjoyed the organization part of running the office… any office!

Ms. Misha Morê: What did you do before you entered the adult industry?

Daisy: I was managing a CPA firm when I did my first scene… prior to that I ran a fitness center's business office for three years… my absolute favorite job outside of what I do now!

Ms. Misha Morê: What was it like for you doing your first porn scene?

Daisy: Considering I married the man I lost my virginity to… my first porn scene was scary! I had only been with my husband. Thank goodness I was relieved to find out that I had married a man who was great in bed! The company I was working for offered me more money to do two guys in my first scene and since it was a money driven venture… I agreed. It was nerve racking, but once I got into the scene… I was all good! I was more worried about missing my flight that afternoon to go home… than I was what was going on at the moment!

Ms. Misha Morê: Do you prefer being in front of a camera or being on stage?

Daisy: I would say 50/50… they are both entertaining! If I have a fun group of people at my stage who are really enjoying my show I would say that I enjoy being on stage more… just because it is live entertainment. But knowing that people will enjoy my DVD in the future makes shooting a porn scene a lot of fun! Now, if I could have a live audience while shooting a porn scene… that is like the ultimate in live entertainment!

Ms. Misha Morê: What do the people you grew up with think about your career?

Daisy: I learned very quickly that being from South Georgia… the people who have the largest porn collections are the first to turn their backs on you. I guess porn is all good… unless you know the person you're whacking off to. I've always enjoyed watching someone I know on film more than just some random person. While the small-minded people have shunned me… my true friends have become clear. The true friends are the ones who realize that porn doesn't change who I am… I am still a goof-ball, down-to-earth, girl next door… I just have a different occupation!

Ms. Misha Morê: How does that make you feel?

Daisy: Am I paying for this therapy session? I think everybody should have the opportunity to define their true friends at least once in their life. It is a very eye-opening experience that can prove to somebody just how comfortable he or she is with just being himself or herself. If you remain true no matter what… you have found true happiness. If you crumble under the influence of friends turning their backs…you need to keep searching for yourself. Just be you… for those who don't like that… they’re still searching for themselves too!

Ms. Misha Morê: Do you like to act, or would you just prefer doing porn on camera?

Daisy: My goal in shooting a porno… is to make it as believable as possible. I was shocked at the number of guys that I met on feature tour that truly thought that we go to the mall, pick up a girl, and within an hour I'm fucking her. Why ruin the fantasy? I have done a few feature films with true acting roles… even had to have an English accent and be from the 1800's (not easy for a Southern girl)… but it was so much fun to shoot a "real" movie… that included sex. Imagine your favorite mainstream movies with the hot and steamy scenes… now wouldn't it be better if actual sex was shown? I enjoy challenging myself to morph into a character that is nothing like the real me… its like discovering a secret corner of me that has something fun in it!

Ms. Misha Morê: What's your personal approach to performing?

Daisy: Make whatever I do fun!!! If you enjoy what you do… you never work another day in your life. I cut up on set… I make friends… if you include a little bit of you in the scene… it makes it more believable.

Ms. Misha Morê: Can you give us the names of some of your favorite movies you've been in?

Ms. Misha Morê: Are you doing specialty things in your films?

Daisy: No… mostly just doing boys and girls… just kidding! Other than working hard to make sure each film looks kick ass… I really don't have any huge specialty!

Ms. Misha Morê: What do you like doing away from performing on the road?

Daisy: Sleeping, working out, sleeping, hanging out with friends, sleeping, did I mention sleeping! I like to ride my '05 Honda CBR 600 RR or just sit on the couch and do absolutely nothing at all!

Ms. Misha Morê: What gets you in the mood?

Daisy: BREATHING!!! I have always been a very sexual person. I have a million things going at once… just being a flirt turns me on. I enjoy flirting with girls more than I do with guys… but flirting is so hot and such a lost art!

Ms. Misha Morê: What is your favorite dance performance show?

Daisy: What day is it? My favorite show varies depending on the crowd and where I am… and what kind of mood I am in! Although in my top three would be my firefighter show, my cowboy, and my Cuban Pete… okay and my disco! I enjoy them all!

Ms. Misha Morê: What's your offstage sex life like?

Daisy: AA Batteries... lots of them! I spend a lot of time alone… so my favorite travel partner is my basic yellow vibrator! When I'm with my husband my sex life is like dynamite, fireworks, and earthquakes all at once! I have an amazing sex life!

Ms. Misha Morê: Please tell us about your other creative pursuits and upcoming projects.

Daisy: I still run Daisy Duxe Entertainment in South Georgia.
