Q-Sex News Police Taser Naked High School Student Westerville, OH: A student ran naked into his high school lunch room, screaming and flailing his arms, until a police officer used a Taser twice to subdue him, police in this Columbus suburb said. The 18-year-old student, Taylor Killian, had rubbed his body with grapeseed oil to keep from being caught, and got up after the first time he was shocked to continue running toward a group of frightened students huddled in a corner at Westerville North High School, Lt. Jeff Gaylor said. "That prank went a little farther than he intended, I guess," Gaylor said. Killian was quiet and cooperative with officers once he got to the police station, and there was no indication of substance abuse or a medical problem, Gaylor said. Officer Doug Staysniak, who subdued the student, was monitoring the lunch period when Killian, with long hair and a full beard, ran in the room toward students, who screamed and ran away. The officer, normally assigned to a middle school, did not recognize Killian as a student, Gaylor said. Police said an administrator ordered Killian to stop, but the student made a sexual gesture toward him and kept running. District spokesman Greg Viebranz said he could not comment because of privacy laws, other than to say Killian will be disciplined. Killian is charged with inducing panic, public indecency, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was jailed in Delaware County. The senior was part of a two-week program for gifted students in summer 2005 at the Ohio Supercomputer Center. Gaylor said school officials said he was a good student. Q-News Bust Yonkers Massage Parlor Get's A Visit From Anti-Crime Unit Yonkers, NY: A 46-year-old Queens woman who works in a Yonkers massage parlor was arrested after she offered a city police officer sex in addition to a back rub, authorities said. The Flushing woman was charged with one count of prostitution, a misdemeanor, police said. A member of the Yonkers Anti-Crime Unit was sent to the 1201 Yonkers Ave. massage parlor to investigate a complaint from residents that it was doubling as a house of prostitution at 5:06 pm, Tuesday. When the officer arrived he paid $60 for a massage. He was led to a rear room where he received a back rub from the Queens woman who then offered him sexual favors for an additional fee. Q-News Bust NYC'S Famous Scores Busted For Prostitution? New York, NY: Strippers at the Scores West club who took the hands-on approach to exotic entertainment found themselves in handcuffs yesterday. Four strippers and two of their bosses, were charged with prostitution-related offenses for offering to take undercover officers, who were acting on a tip, into a back room and pleasure them for money. The cops spent several hours inside the club at 528 West 28th Street looking for violations, sources said. They were told that if they rented a back room, they could receive sexual favors for $200 to $700, the sources said. One of the girls assured the cops, "What goes on the back room stays in the backroom," a club worker said. Arrested and charged with prostitution are Karina Vasquez, 32, and Nicole Green, 23, both of Manhattan, Marianna Nasyarova, 19, of Brooklyn, and Colleen Matthews, 22, of Livingston, N.J. The prices did not include rent on the back rooms or private dances. Two club bosses, Eli Iskolsky, 36, of Brooklyn, and Gustavo Kiste, 29, of Staten Island, were charged with permitting prostitution. They were all arraigned and released except for Green, who was held on bail. A fifth stripper, Zamira Cardenas, 28, of Bayonne, N.J., was also arrested, but charges were dropped for lack of evidence, authorities said. A Scores spokesman referred all questions to the lawyer for all six suspects, Mark Bederow, who said the charges "are nothing but allegations." He said all of his clients "are presumed to be innocent and maintain their innocence." The club was open for business as usual last night, but the talent was tight-lipped. "I don't do anything like that," one dancer said. "My mother would kill me." A manager, who refused to give his name, said the cops are "hitting all the clubs. Los Angels, CA: A Teaneck rabbi has persuaded a Los Angeles-based pornographer to remove a trademark kosher symbol from the cover of a sexually explicit DVD about Israeli women. The cover, which shows a woman striking a seductive pose, boasts that the explicit video was filmed in Israel. It also had a Hebrew letter with a "K" inside it, the same stamp of approval that the rabbi's company slaps on thousands of kosher food products. "It was shocking," said Rabbi Yehuda Rosenbaum, who is the administrative director of KOF-K Kosher Supervision, according to the company's Web site. The Teaneck company is an organization of Orthodox rabbis dedicated for 40 years to "maintaining the integrity of the kosher status of foods in accordance to the highest standards of Kosher Law." The company sent a warning letter to Tight Fit Productions, the company that made the film, which then agreed to remove the symbol. Oren Cohen, head of Tight Fit, said he made a mistake. "I just assumed that letters of the alphabet... weren't trademarked symbols," Cohen said. "I was wrong." Cohen said he initially used the symbol to make a statement that would be "tongue in cheek" and also a guarantee to viewers that the movie was the first adult feature filmed entirely in Israel with an Israeli cast. "That was our reasoning," Cohen said, adding that he is fluent in Hebrew and has many relatives in Israel. Rosenbaum said he appreciated how quickly the filmmaker responded. Q-News Bust 19th Time's A Charm? Philadelphia, PA: Given the past history, we don't feel confident that we'll keep this location shut down permanently Talk about deja vu. Vice cops found themselves in familiar territory January 11, when they busted a Korean prostitution ring at 1112 Sansom Street. It was the 19th time in the past 13 years that an investigation had led cops to the same seedy Center City massage parlor, said Narcotics Chief Inspector William Blackburn. Over the years, police have arrested 74 prostitutes at the parlor. Six more women, several of whom are illegal immigrants, were added to the arrest tally during last week's raid. Police aid Kyung-Ae Kang, 35, and Kee-Eun Song, 31, were charged with prostitution, solicitation and related charges. Joung-Sook Kim, 29; Sun-Ja Kim, 35; and Sun-mi Joung, 32, were all charged with misdemeanors for being in a house of prostitution. Mi-Sook Park, 47, was charged with promoting prostitution. She was overseeing the brothel and the women, cops said. Blackburn said investigators also recovered $7,516 in cash, more than 3,000 condoms, two laptop computers, one credit-card machine and numerous towels, oils and lotions. Blackburn said the cash amounted to less than eight hours of profits. The Department of Licenses and Inspections issued a cease-operations order to shutter the massage parlor, but authorities believe it will likely reopen in the future. 'The place has been shut down a number of times in the past,' Blackburn said. 'But it always reopens. Someone reapplies for a license, and, on the surface, it looks like a legitimate massage parlor.' A simple address sign is the only thing that marks the entrance to the parlor. When an undercover agent ventured inside last week, he was asked to pay a $50 fee for a massage, Blackburn said. He was quickly propositioned by one woman, who recited prices for sex acts, ranging from $100 to $600. She offered the agent a chance to have sex with three prostitutes at once for the sum of several hundred dollars. The parlor was less than posh, Blackburn said. Clothes were strewn carelessly throughout the establishment, and a makeshift mattress was assembled with towels and sheets. Many of the prostitutes didn't speak English, and investigators believe they likely arrived at the massage parlor through human trafficking. 'They rarely leave these particular properties,' Blackburn said of the human trafficking victims. 'They have little knowledge of the terrain and don't have free rein. It's very disturbing.' Several months ago, federal officials busted a Korean human-trafficking ring that stretched up and down the East Coast and included a brothel in North Philadelphia. 'Given the past history, we don't feel confident that we'll keep this location shut down permanently,' Blackburn said. 'But if they try to open it again, we're going to have our eyes on them.' Q-Sex News Jumpin' Jack Flash Pensacola, FL: The city likely will pay $35,000 to settle the claim of a girl forced to perform jumping jacks topless in front of a police officer to avoid arrest. The Pensacola City Council's finance committee forwarded the proposed settlement to a vote before the full council. The victim's attorney, Robert Bleach, said after the meeting that his client will be "glad to put this ugly incident behind her" and will use the money for her college education. "She certainly didn't want to go through a trial and relive the whole thing all over again," he said. Officer Shawn Patrick Shields approached a car parked beside Bayou Boulevard and discovered two partially dressed teenagers on April 19, 2003, according to a police report. Shields, then 31, put the girl, 16, and a 19-year-old man in the back of his cruiser, threatening them with arrest for lewd and lascivious behavior. The girl told investigators that Shields suggested exercise as a punishment and shined his flashlight on her while she did five jumping jacks. Shields pleaded no contest to a criminal charge of extortion. He was placed on probation for two years in December 2003 and ordered to write a letter of apology to the girl. Police Chief John Mathis fired the officer, Assistant Chief Chip Simmons said. "Chief Mathis will not tolerate officers acting in a manner not consistent with professional standards," Simmons said. Bleach said the city "wanted to do right" by the victim. He called Shields an "isolated rogue officer." However, the victim was scarred by the incident, Bleach said. Q-News Bust Denver Vice Detectives Bust Massage Parlor Denver, CO: An 18 month investigation into an illegal massage parole in Denver has ended with the arrest of two men. Vice detectives arrested Soon Rai Dormish, 45 and San Ho Nam, 48. Dormish is being held for investigation of prostitution and Nam is being held for investigation of charges of running a business for prostitution. Investigators also said Nam is a person of interest in the sex-trafficking trade in the metro area and could face more charges. Vice officers busted the Aroma Massage Parlor at 14th and Uinta. In addition to the arrests, detectives recovered numerous items used in the prostitution trade. Those were found in a van belonging to Nam. In the past 18 months the vice unit has aggressively targeted illegal massage parlors conducting more than 60 operations and closing 34 businesses. In that time, more than 66 people have been arrested and more than $180,000 has been seized. "The Vice Unit showed a great commitment in addressing a serious problem that affected the quality of life in our communities," Denver Police Chief Gerry Whitman said in a news release. "Their efforts are very much appreciated by myself and the entire command staff of the department," he said. The case will now go to the Denver District Attorney's office to be reviewed for charges. Jason Lee, of 3418 North 12th St., was charged in Sheboygan County Circuit Court with felony repeated sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison. According to the criminal complaint a social worker contacted police and a detective found the couple living at Lee's father's home. The girl, now 16, told a detective that she and Lee had consensual sex about five times at her parents’ home. She said they were married July 8 within the Hmong culture and got a marriage license Oct. 18. A signature bond was set for Lee and he is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Jan. 17. Q-Sex News Couple Pinched For Hotel Balcony Sex Myrtle Beach, SC: A middle-aged couple from Asheville, North Carolina, was arrested Saturday for indecent exposure after having sex on the balcony of a Myrtle Beach hotel, according to a police incident report. People around the pool at the Breakers Resort at 2006 North Ocean Blvd. saw the naked couple on the hotel's third floor balcony around 11 a.m. At first, the couple used a bed sheet over the railing to conceal themselves, but about an hour later the bedsheet had fallen down and the people around the pool and on the beach could see them having sex, the report said. A woman and her 11-year-old daughter who saw them from the pool reported it to the front desk and called the police. They also told police they had been drinking heavily, and police noticed there were several bottles of liquor open in the kitchen. Chicago, IL: According to the Chicago Sun-Times, VIP Salon & Day Spa patrons may have had their sex acts with prostitutes broadcast on the Internet. VIP Salon & Day Spa has been a constant source of ire from local residents. Vice officers have raided the business a handful of times over the past 18 months, and the city has filed numerous complaints, police said. After a December 20 raid, cops discovered tiny cameras in the ceiling of several rooms in the massage parlor and police believe their activities may have been transmitted onto the Internet, Jefferson Park District Cmdr. Ralph Price said. Price traced the camera wires to a central computer. "It's gone beyond just prostitution," Price said. "What you think may be private could be all over the place." As a result of discovering the videotaping operation, the Cook County authorities are ramping up the charges against the club's owners for alleged unlawful videotaping. Price believes the seriousness of the latest charges will close VIP. "Finally, we can shut this guy down," Price said. "This could be the nail in the coffin." While the women at the parlor who were arrested for prostitution told police they made money from sex acts, they also shared in the profits from the Internet broadcasts of their sessions with unsuspecting Johns. Chicago police executed a search warrant at VIP's December 21, and seized the central computer's hard drive, which will be analyzed.
